Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Pico X Health's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

Pico X Health provides professional mould inspection, remediation, and prevention services including:

• Comprehensive mould inspections and testing
• Complete mould remediation and removal
• Prevention solutions and ongoing monitoring
• Emergency response services
• Air quality testing and improvement

3. Service Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

4. Payment Terms

• Inspection fees are due at the time of service
• Remediation services require a deposit before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive service guarantee. If mould returns within the warranty period due to our service failure, we will re-treat the area at no additional cost. The guarantee does not cover new mould caused by new water intrusion or neglect of recommended prevention measures.

6. Property Access

Clients must provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring inspection or remediation. We are not responsible for damages caused by undisclosed obstacles or hazards.

7. Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for pre-existing structural damage or hidden conditions
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by Singapore law
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion

8. Health and Safety

All work is performed in accordance with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act. Clients should follow safety instructions provided by our technicians.

9. Intellectual Property

All reports, documentation, and materials provided by Pico X Health remain our intellectual property. Clients may use materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if payment is not received as agreed, access to property is denied, unsafe conditions exist, or the client violates these terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation in Singapore. If mediation fails, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
