We clean accessible filters, fan housing, evaporator fins, blower wheel, drip pan and condensate tray using water and steam. We also vacuum and water-flush the drainage line, capture runoff and check accessible surfaces after cleaning.

Yes. The service uses water and steam only. We add no detergent, acid, alkaline cleaner, artificial fragrance, antimicrobial treatment or chemical coating inside the aircon.

PureSteam avoids adding cleaning chemicals, fragrances or coatings to the unit. Children and pets should remain outside the immediate work area while the aircon is open and runoff is captured; the room can be used after cleaning is complete and dry.

No. PureSteam physically removes accumulated dust, mould residue and biofilm but leaves no residual coating. Mould can return if humidity, condensation, blocked drainage or operating conditions remain favourable, so no no-regrowth warranty applies.

A chemical wash adds acidic or alkaline cleaner and may be suitable for severe grease, scale or neglected units. PureSteam uses steam and water only to loosen and physically remove contamination, leaving no chemical residue or coating.

For units used daily, every 3 to 4 months is a practical starting point. Night-only or occasional-use units may need cleaning about every 6 months. Actual frequency depends on humidity, drainage, dust load and operating hours.

PureSteam is a hygiene cleaning service, not aircon repair. Refrigerant top-ups, compressor or PCB faults, electrical diagnosis and damaged parts require an aircon repair specialist or licensed electrician.
