- Water-Only Preparation. Filters, fan housing, drip pan, condensate tray and front panel are opened and cleaned with water only. No detergent, acid, alkali or fragrance is added.
- Steam-Assisted Cleaning. Steam loosens accumulated dust, mould residue and biofilm on evaporator fins and the blower wheel so contamination can be physically removed without harsh cleaning chemicals.
- Rinse, Flush & Verify. A controlled water rinse removes loosened residue, the drainage line is vacuumed and flushed, and accessible surfaces receive a final cleanliness check. No coating is applied.
Why Aircons Grow Mould in Singapore
Every Singapore aircon evaporator runs at the dew point — that's how the unit removes humidity from the room. We add no acid, alkaline detergent, artificial fragrance or chemical coating. Chemical washing may still be appropriate for severe grease, scale or neglected units, which should be assessed by an aircon repair specialist.
What exactly do you do that a normal aircon servicing doesn't?
A typical general service focuses on the front panel and filters. PureSteam reaches the evaporator fins, blower wheel, drip pan and drainage line, using steam and water to loosen and physically remove accumulated dust, mould residue and biofilm. Nothing is added to the cleaned surfaces afterward, so there is no chemical residue or artificial fragrance.
Is PureSteam safe for children, pets and sensitive households?

Will PureSteam prevent mould from returning?
