The 3-Layer Mould Hygiene Process
- Non-Toxic Servicing. Filters, fan housing, drip pan, drainage line flush, condensate tray, front panel — all cleaned with a non-toxic, non-corrosive solution that's safe for fins and coils.
- Steam Treatment. High-temperature steam on evaporator fins and blower wheel — physically destroys mould biofilm where it actually grows, without harsh chemicals.
- Safe Antimicrobial. Food-grade antimicrobial coating on treated surfaces. Kills any surviving spores and leaves a residual layer that prevents regrowth for ~90 days.

Most aircon mould doesn't need a chemical wash — it needs consistent, mould-targeted hygiene. Non-toxic solution + steam + safe antimicrobial kills mould and prevents regrowth. Chemical wash is acidic, more expensive ($150–$250+/unit), and can shorten fin life.
What does this do that normal $50 servicing doesn't?
Typical $50 servicing wipes the panel and washes filters — barely touches the evaporator and blower where mould grows. We steam those surfaces directly and apply a residual safe antimicrobial.
Is the antimicrobial safe for kids and pets?

How long does the 90-day no-regrowth warranty cover?
