• Major ductwork rerouting (quoted separately under New Install tier)
• Switch or isolator faults — referred to a licensed electrician
• Structural ceiling repair (we patch but do not skim-coat large areas)

$550 New Install + Ducting: no existing fan opening or no outside ducting. $680 Inline Silent + Humidistat: master bedrooms or quiet bathrooms where noise matters and the fan should auto-trigger on humidity.

What's the warranty?

1-year manufacturer warranty on the fan unit + 12 months on installation workmanship. We replace and re-install at no charge if the motor fails within 12 months.

Can I bundle this with a bathroom mould treatment?

Yes — recommended. Bundling waives the S$120 trip fee and we coordinate both jobs in one visit.

Do you handle the electrical work?

Reconnecting to an existing isolator switch is included. New wiring from the DB box or faulty switches are referred to a licensed electrician.

Which fan brands do you install?

KDK and Panasonic for replacements (best parts availability, quietest in class). Manrose or equivalent for inline silent fans. Brand-specific requests welcome.
